Black and Brown Bois: Forever Under Surveillance
As a black male in the capitalist west, the artist collects images of the constant surveillance of the human body, specifically the black body. What does it mean to be continuously documented? Are we all inherently suspicious of each other? How can one gain ownership over their identity, their image and life - in a surveillance state?
